while you are laying
in your bed of dreams each night
You know that I will feel your
warm skin and heart beating fast
by the side of my sleepy body when you arrive
the only place that you and I
are cosy and safe
is in the still of the dark nights
when others eyes are tightly shut and safe in their own beds of dreams beds
