Kept inside a glass jar by my bed
is the fine powdery
dust that I sprinkle
outside my window every night when the stars are out
each little grain is a dream that I cherish
and one day I hope that the dream catcher will find it blowing in the wind
So until then I shall continue to sprinkle that same dream so that it blows far away and gets caught then my dream will come true

It's magical, isn't it? This is a beautiful dream to share. Stephen King does the nightmares in Maine. I do those kinds of dreams like yours. I take the silver from the moon and sprinkle the twinkles in the stars like chocolate chips in cookies. The indgo sky becomes velverty purple and all is well even in Hell on a night such as this. Look! There's a rainbow. Can't you see it? You inspire me beautifully.
ReplyDeleteThankyou my friend for your wonderful and very inspiring comments You describe things so magically too!
ReplyDeleteromaNTIC..REMINDS ME OF A LITTLE GIRL..WHO BELIEVES IN FAIRIES [excuse cap..!cputer
ReplyDeleteLet's write our own true stories in fairy tale fashion...I'm game if you are. The little guy to the left is my emerald dragon my ladyfair! he's bow but he's snoring so loudly he didn't realize there was a lady present.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea my dear... Im sure we could conjour up some magical tales between us both!
ReplyDeleteDo you do any art work because I don't...
ReplyDeleteThe young man who drew this dragon should still be close by and willing to give it a whirl though. I am serious. I am ready to spread these wings and share a prayer that they carry me the rest of the way. I've just barely read you but I know what I like and I know what children love.
ReplyDeleteI can do a little art work but I mostly write ... we are on the same wavelength though... hugs !
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all your wishes Rosie :-))
ReplyDeleteThankyou Bernard, have a great night love Rosie.
ReplyDeleteA nice song for you: blowin in the wind! (The Hollies!:))

ReplyDeleteGood Morning:
ReplyDeleteWell, I guess this is Christmas.
I clicked onto Barbs page just now.
Wow!!now that's Christmas!
Love it!!
I now feel the Christmasy stuff
a creeping into my bones.
I don't know.I guess some days, it come to you
in a flash, while other days, it takes longer.
Well, today, this AM, I think I got the Xmas
Heby Gebies!!
I felt it earlier, when I listened to a women
trying to keep her babies from freezing
at a bus stop. She was very busy about that.
And ,of course, you know, the younger one
kept kicking off his boots and blanket
in his stroller. The two other ones tried to help
but were not too successful.
Well, this was interrupted by a phone call,
of which, she was angry, yelling at someone
about stuff. It really hurt me to hear all this,
and too see the other young ones
really trying to be helpful with the younger boy,
and not doing a great job of it.
Well the argument ensued and got worse.
I had to walk away.
I was so moved by their family problems
that tears came to my eyes. I felt like,
that I should try to help in some way,
but then,... I just had to mind my own business.
so , I walked away.
That started ,.. my Christmas changeover today.
Well here,.. now,.. looking at your page,..
confirmed my feelings of Christmas.
What a rush!!
Merry Christmas! to you
And A Happy New Year
Did this story bring a tear to your eyes too?
Well this is how it starts.
And this is called,"The Christmas Spirit"
Have a good one
Later
May each sprinkle of dust, bring the dreams and wishes you long for.
ReplyDeleteI can see the fairy dust sparkling in the Moonlight....
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Dream...
